How refunds work

Either of you can pay to open the chat for both. Before they reply, you get a full automatic refund if they don't reply within 72 hours of your first message, or if they end the chat, block you, or delete their account. If you never send a message, there's no refund for the 72-hour no-reply case, and no refund after you swap contacts (a text or voice message counts as a reply; stickers alone don't). If the other person opens the chat and you don't reply within 72 hours, it affects your future intros. You chat inside XunNi, and your Telegram account stays private.
